Objective of the Game

In this variant, players have to score more than his opponents by means of the two initial dealt cards and five community cards, which shall be opened in the later rounds.

Introduction to the Game

The dealer shuffles a standard 52-card deck at the start of the game.

Texas Hold ’em Poker Online games start with the two players seated to the left of the dealer (the button) put a pre-set amount of money into the pot before any cards are distributed

This process ensures that there is some amount of the pot before players start betting for a particular hand. This process is called “Posting the Blind”.

Most often, the ‘first blind’ even known as small blind — the player to the left of the dealer — puts up half the minimum bet, and the ‘second blind’ even known as big blind puts up the full minimum bet.

Each player at the table is dealt two cards by the dealer which is face down at the beginning of each game; these cards are called hole cards.

1st Round of the Game

Once the two initial cards are distributed to the players at the table, a round of betting takes place that begin with the player to the left of the two who posted the blinds. A particular player has the options of call, raise, or fold when it’s their turn to play.

Fold – A player can fold by not paying anything to the pot and throw away their cards (hand) and wait until the next game begins during his/her turn.

Call – A player can call a hand by betting in the same amount as the big blind into the pot.

Rise – A player has the option to raise a particular hand depending on the game stake limit rules and raise the bet.

2nd Round of the Game

After the initial round of betting in the game, the dealer signals and discards the top card of the remaining deck. This process is called burning the card and is adopted to ensure fair play.

Rounds of flop cards are dealt by the dealer in which the dealer flips the next three cards face up on the table.

After the flop, another round of betting is done, which begins with the player seated to the left of the dealer. During this particular round and all future rounds of betting, players have the option to check, call, raise, or fold when it’s their turn to bet depending on the analysis of their hand.

3rd Round of the Game

The dealer burns another card and plays one more face up on the game table. This is considered as the fourth community card, is called the “turn” or “Fourth Street.”

The player to the left of the dealer (the button) begins the third round of betting after the ‘turn’ card is showcased by the dealer.

4th Round of the Game

The dealer burns another card before placing the final face-up card on the table. This card is termed as the “river” or “Fifth Street.”

After the river round, Players have the liberty to use any combination of seven cards — the five community cards dealt by the dealer and the two hole cards known only to each player — to form the best possible five-card Poker hand.

The fourth and final round of betting starts with the player to the left of the dealer (the button). The final bet is called in this particular round of Online Poker game.

 

THE DECLARATION

After the final round, all players who remain in the game disclose their hands. The player who made the initial bet or the player who made the last raise shows their hand first.

The player with the best hand wins.

Note: Eventually, a total of five community cards will be placed face up on the table. Players have the liberty to use any combination of the displayed community cards and their own two hole cards to form the best possible five-card Poker hand.
